Nagarjuna "Arjun" Talla
President | Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Talla is the President and CEO of KIJV. Mr. Talla has more than 20 years of experience in the Technology Industry encompassing commercial and government sectors. His experience includes positions in general management as Chief Operating Officer and in technology management as Vice President- Technology.
Mr. Talla has managed implementation of several technology projects at major corporations in banking, insurance, and retail industries. He was commended by several clients for his solutions driven approach and ability to align technology to accomplish client’s business goals. Mr. Talla served as Program Manager for several federal government projects.
Mr. Talla’s educational background includes a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelors in Engineering.
Earl D. Bowers
Senior Vice President
Earl D. Bowers brings over 30 years of government contracting experience to KIJV.
Mr. Bowers has served in a variety of high profile Executive Management positions with some of the premier contractors in the Defense Industry, including Director of Business Development for Truestone, LLC, Vice President of Corporate Development for Dataline, Inc., General Manager and Managing Partner of pTerex, LLC, Director of Marketing and Sales at PROSOFT, and General manager of the Mid-Atlantic Division of MILCOM Systems Corporation. Following a distinguished 20-year career in the US Navy and prior to his move to Executive Management, Mr. Bowers held Program Management positions with CACI, Sabre Systems and FCBS, primarily directing large custom software development programs for the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Coast Guard.
Mr. Bowers earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management and his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems from Texas A&M, graduating as the top student in both programs.
